Abstract. Empirical comparison of the SUS, QUIS, CSUQ, a Microsoft product-reaction card set, and the authors' own questionnaire for measuring website usability. The SUS emerged with the best combination of brevity, reliability, and ability to discriminate between good and poor designs, one of the main empirical justifications for its ubiquity.
